That is the same dumb response I got. I called them again and they gave me some additional info but no help. They said they will cooperate with authorities so I called my cite police department. I just got off the phone with them. They gave me an incident number and said they will forward to someone in the fraud department. Hopefully it will move forward.

Someone hacked into my account, added a Wells Fargo bank account and email address then transferred a lot of money to that account. I reported this to PayPal but they did an investigation and won't do anything about getting my money back. Any ideas for getting PayPal to investigate further to get me my money back?

Be aware that I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from PayPal support saying they are going to help me with this issue. But it turns out they were just trying to get information to log into my PayPal account. I believe they knew about this issue because of the post here on paypal community or from the paypal Facebook group. So be aware, if you ever publish a problem publicly on one of these forms.

Sounds just like my situation. The program doesn’t let you delete one of these bogus invoices. Just don’t pay it or respond in anyway to the invoice.

I just posted it to Facebook and waiting for a reply. I there an email address to send to? Everything I tried has a "bot" in front of it.

Thanks @kernowlass Unfortunately, there is no cancel button. When I try to view the invoice it shows "Something's not right". It was issued 10/18/22 and is still there. I guess I just need to keep ignoring it.

I have a pending invoice which is fake. I try to report a issue but "resolution" process fails. Is there a way to get this invoice removed?

Is there a way to view a statement that has the balance after every transaction? I am surprised the default statements do not show the running balance. This is what I normally see on a bank statement.

On my back statement I see the current balance after each transaction. How can I see this in PayPal? The online statement does not show this.
