I am new to having to get answers to a problem I have with an organisation by having to seek help from fellow sufferers and I “posted” my issue on this “forum” earlier today. I have just received an email from PayPal who suggested that I look up and read the answers to various FAQs in order to resolve a dispute I have with a buyer. I had told them that exactly what my dispute is but they ignored my plea for the the involvement of a human. I now question whether there any..... I have tried to involve eBay as they are party with PayPal in this matter and I am awaiting a reply to an email I sent to their Managing Director this morning. I am now going to try and escalate the matter through PayPal similarly.
