@WhereRInvoices It would scare users off to add spooky warnings that the payment they’re about to make can be scammed. lol As for “You don't even get any warnings or options BEFORE you type in an email address and a dollar amount. And no way to search for complaints on an email or associated emails on that registered account.” That info is kept confidential for privacy/avoid defamation reasons. If the merchant didn’t ship, file an item not received dispute. If you received something not as advertised, missing items, damaged items, stuff that’s the seller’s fault, you file a Significantly not as described dispute. You can even opt to open a chargeback through your card issuer or bank and skip PayPal dispute altogether. Lastly, report the user for violating the AUP, here.
