I got scammed by the same website on May 25, 2020 when I attempted to purchase a vintage sweater based on the picture of the sweater on the website. When I got suspicious about being scammed. I  did a Google of the image of the sweater from the website and found the same image on a different website.   The website www.dokanuu.com appears to be sometimes down and then back up again The website has been missing for quite some time.   If you Google "dokanuu" they are on Facebook.       ... @Muzzy75      Don't bother phoning lines are not up and running due to covid. You are only allowed 1 dispute per transaction so the only way you can get a second dispute opened is to contact Paypal (when and if you can) and see if they will open a second dispute for you. They may decline citing policies but if you say you made a mistake then they might open a second dispute for you. If not then if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then consider contacting your card issuer and see if they will help you with a chargeback? Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country at the moment. Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? @dave123451    Check if you had a subscription set up... Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''. If not then........... if you were hacked...... Click on the transaction in your paypal account and use the 'report a problem' link at the bottom to report it as unauthorised if that is what it was. An unauthorised transaction means that your Paypal account was hacked and used without your consent. If Paypal check IP addresses / devices etc and find that it was hacked then yes you should receive your refund. I hope you changed your password and security questions? I hope you ran a virus scan on your computer? I would also be telling my card issuers and bank accounts company that the account was hacked so that they can keep an eye on your account OR remove the financial info involved until things are sorted. ...
