I’m in USA trying to send money to Russia. Send in US dollars, they will receive in Rubbles. It’s a personal payment. I get the error message: “You cannot send money right now. Your recipient cannot except payments right now”. I do y understand why? I sent the money to same person already few years ago.

Hi, I’d make sure either of you don’t have an account limitation on your accounts as this can sometimes be the issue.

How can I make sure that the isseue is not on my end?

How do I check that my account can send/receive cross currencies?
