Hi Everyone,
I am facing an issue with my recent order whose payment is through paypal. We exported product to customer and customer received that.
Now customer said that he dont want this product and was ready to upgrade the product. We prepared upgraded version of that product.
Now suddenly customer opens a case in paypal and paypal refunded total amount to customer.
We provided all documents and delivery proof to paypal.
How paypal refund total amount to customer and our product is still with customer. Now customer have our product free of cost because paypal gave them their money back. As far i know customer needs to send back merchandise to us and give paypal proof of shipping after that paypal can refund.
Product invoice including shipping was Approx USD 2000. Its not the ethical way to do business.
If anyone knows any solution for this please share with me, or please suggest any alternative of PayPal which is best for international payments.
