A friend who hasn't used her PayPal account, nor activated her paypal card received a text today with a code that she did NOT request. She is unsure how to figure out what's going on as she doesn't know her Paypal account email, or password. She called the number mentioned on the text which did go to Paypal. However when entering her phone number and the card number to verify who she is. The two did not match Paypals records. Any assistance, and/or guidance would be appreciated here. For example, what phone number to refer her to, or email to contact Paypal or to have Paypal contact her? Thanks Community
