Look, I have been through the basic follow guideline responses given out. As you know that’s a half a day on the phone with PayPal all to wind up a completely different answer the next day. That’s a cop out answer. If you actually read my initial post then you would of figured that out. Does anyone have any real suggestions? I’m been dealing with PayPal way to long to get the general responses. Which when dealing with this company your response, means you do not have a clue what’s going on with paypal. 119 100% pos feedback only, Still hold $, blamed E...

I have 119 100% positive feedbacks no negative or neutrals within last year (that’s not including sales that didn’t leave feedback I sold) went through Ebay and PayPal new seller trial years ago, however, they kept holding my payments from buyers. PayPal said this would be resolved if I convert to PayPal business account so I did and still they hold my money I earned from buyers pending. Mind you I have always kept my account above standards and never had customer related adversity. What lie are they going to use next time and the time after until I go out of business because of their crooked interest gaining ways. Also they sure take their money right away before putting sellers on hold. Enough is enough. Something has got to give. Any suggestions minus going to bbb and writing Attorney General? Lawsuit is in process however, have to follow procedure in order for it to stick. Might not have that much time before PayPal puts me u see from their crooked ways. I even had Ebay 3 way to prove no holds when they lied saying they were at fault. Now PayPal community keeps auto denying this post, We were put on hold for over an hour before Ebay and I both agreed to give up on call and eBay notes the incident. Any suggestions? ... View more

So, since I have been back selling online and being forced to use the cursed PayPal for money transactions I have heard nothing besides one lie or misinformation after another. I can not wait until Ebay completely drops this company. I currently have 84 buyer 100% feedbacks with no neutrals or negative reviews. All 100%. Yet, PayPal seems to continue to hold my funds for one excuse after another. It takes a half a day to complete what could be a simple 30 min call from customer service yet each employee from PayPal has to hear the complete explanation from start to finish, before they become snug thinking they have all the answers, arguing their stand on the matter then eventually transferring me to the next wrong paypal departments where the same vicious cycle starts all over again. I have hours of proof from calls made to this company and not a single time have I ever heard the same answer even the same half a day transfers that all work next to each other. When you try to object they become snotty with know it all attitudes and stand on their take in every matter. Now once again (remind you I’m 84 buyer 100% feedbacks and yet once again they hold our funds like a hostage, but not before they they take their own fees out first. This is why Ebay is how Ebay will glide past. They are not much better however, they see how PayPal is unstructured know it all employees that never have the same answer work at PayPal and will use this mistake of a company as a example what not to do. PayPal is a joke. The reasoning for holding my money this time is because I’m a risk factor by one employee, the buyer needs to verify on receipt their payment by another PayPal worker, along with my device I sell all the time to the same buyer happens to suprisingly be a dispute issue because PayPal decided they probably could be disappointed so they are hold my funds, along with my account had been breached, the holds are random which I seem to be top random target, and on and on. Everyone I talk to agrees that it will be a celebration when PayPal is no longer a must to use when selling on eBay. QMy take is they collect interest on funds they so happenly hold quiet often. What can we do to stop these crooks

I am beyond the 25 items sold and 100% surveys and they are still holding my money. The saddest part is that they have no clue why. After half a day on the phone with them and explaining the situation to every single person I talk to at Paypal after every single transfer they send me on, I recieved a different excuse as of why they are holding my money. The #1 was eBay was holding it. So I called Paypal with eBay on the line and after they found out eBay was on the line also they put us on hold for over an hour. They also said it was a random thing (which last several transactions have been held), at risk when I have been way beyond the 25 items sold and minimum money trial. They couldn’t give me any real reason. After awhile eBay employee gave up and wished me luck. Paypal shouldn’t be able to do what they are doing. It should be against the law. There has to be something we can do and somewhere we can file at on them. Crooks.... The last excuse reason was because they said that I was chosen for a certain program and my money would be held now for 21 days. They are trying to put me out of business.
