USPS tracking only available for 4 months, paypal has buyer protection for 6 months. Buyer disputes item not received at month 5 and they get money back and get to keep product. Newest scam that is all over the internet. Merchants are going to be bankrupt overnight. Paypal needs to revise and only allow buyer protection for 3 months.

paypal does not care. been trying to get this implemented for 3 years. Paypal used to do this. Now they say it is shipstations job, but shipstation does not allow you to do this either as their system is awful and locks up. Note that paypal stock has plummeted over the last few years- they need to support us more.

the description field in packing slips is messed up. it blocks all my text in a tiny window and is difficult to read. I have been a long time user of paypal and this change is making it impossible to read the orders. Not sure why the sudden change but we need it to go back the way it was

Is anyone able to create multi order shipping presets on the release that just rolled out in April 2018? Is there a workaround link to go to the old multi order shipping page?
