PayPal Community

I have been using PayPal for many years. I have a PayPal MC and use it to pay for many of my online services. I have my account set up to automatically get money from my Bank of America checking account when my PayPal balance is low. About two weeks ago, I started getting notices that my online payments using my PayPal MC were not being paid. I checked my PayPal balance, and it is ZERO. I tried to add money from my BofA checking account, but PayPal says they cannot withdraw money from BofA checking accounts. I linked my BofA debit card, but when I try to use it to add money, it gives me a quick "Something Went Wrong" notice, and then moves me to a "Verify your identity" page. I do that, but after that, the same errors occur. Is this a problem with PayPal, with me, or with the interaction between PayPal and BofA? And, how can I fix this? In the meantime, I have to go to all my online services and remove my PayPal MC as a payment option, and start using my BofA debit card which works with them, by the way.   Thanks. ... View more

I recently changed the logo on my invoices. I just prepared and sent one. The new logo appeared in the invoice I was creating, but when I sent it, it had my old logo. What else do I have to do to complete this change? ... View more

How can I disable or get rid of the "Needs Attention" warning/reminder without having an email sent to the customer?   When I send out an invoice and receive a payment, I'm getting a "Needs Attention" alert on the invoice status. The "Needs Attention" is prompting me to create a Shipping Label and enter Tracking Numbers. I am not shipping anything, so would like to turn off the warning/reminder for these. @bulbub supplied an answer that suggested going into the Tracking Number request and marking "Not Required." I did that, and although it does remove the warnings, it also said it sent an email to the customer advising him of this action. I don't want that to happen. I just want to get rid of the warnings/reminders. I don't need them because I don't send out any physical items. My use of PayPal is to bill for e-services I have already provided. ... View more

I'd like to schedule a monthly, reoccurring deposit to my bank of my total balance on that day. Is there any way to do that?   I've searched all the FAQa and previous posts, but couldn't find one that asked that exact question, however, I assume the answer is going to be "no." ... View more
