Has anyone any idea how I get proof that the gift aid that I have signed up to on the payments made via the PayPal for Giving scheme have been paid to the charity of my choice. I know what I sold on eBay, I know what the amounts are, I know that every month the sale prices are paid to the giving fund. But no-one, not HMRC, the charity or PayPal helplines can provide evidence that the charity receives the 25% extra for gift aid. Telling me how it should work is not good enough. Please does anyone know who holds the proof? Thank you.

I have always paid the Hermes postage online via Paypal. I was not given the option this time & had to use visa. Anyone know why?

I tried the link but it stops at Dec 2015. I used the tell call option but after three attempts gave up as the voice recognition will not accept "history" or "old" but only recent transactions.

Printing a postage label is very simple after an item has been sold. But that doesn't help when quoting the postage on a listing. How can I find out IN ADVANCE what the discounted rates are so that my P&P rate is accurate. Ebay take 10% of the postage paid, if I refund part, which I always do if it's more than 30p over, then I don't get the Ebay fees back. The Ebay postage calculator is great for normal post but not the larger items where the label from PayPal is a good deal cheaper.
