Printing a postage label is very simple after an item has been sold. But that doesn't help when quoting the postage on a listing. How can I find out IN ADVANCE what the discounted rates are so that my P&P rate is accurate. Ebay take 10% of the postage paid, if I refund part, which I always do if it's more than 30p over, then I don't get the Ebay fees back. The Ebay postage calculator is great for normal post but not the larger items where the label from PayPal is a good deal cheaper.
