By using the classic view I used to be able to access transactions back to 2012. I'm still able to do that through and activity download, but it is just a transaction history, not a statement. I used to be able to get a transaction history with the balance, but I am not able to find how to do that anymore either(prior to this date 2015). And classic view appears to be gone. Any suggestions? Thank you.
In such instances, you will need to request download of the activity choosing Statements in the Activity section. Here you can create a report with the timeframe you wish. I tried the link but it stops at Dec 2015. I used the tell call option but after three attempts gave up as the voice recognition will not accept "history" or "old" but only recent transactions.
