Thank you for your post.
To create a PayPal account, simply go to paypal.com and click Sign Up.
As it sounds like you are not a registered business, due to this I would suggest you create a Business account. Under the business type I would advise you to choose Individual. This would mean you can receive payments for the club, and the account can be run by you.
