Hi, thank for the reply,   1. I'm unable to transfer funds, I asked my bank if I could send money to "show them PayPal address". they said they can't   2. I'm willing to lose some fee but this seems not possible, my friend got errors while trying to transfer funds to me (probably because my account is limited)   3. I'm not from the U.S so I don't think it's feasible, my communication skill is a bit lacking, btw   4. "Mail a check to PayPal" is the only option I have, but I don't know how to do this, I don't even know if I can get a "check" from the bank, I'm just a normal customer   I'm not sure why PayPal can't just charge my credit card 😕 does PayPal intentionally make things difficult to me? ... Hi, Today after refunding a customer, my account now has negative balance, There is only one solution for me: "Mail a check to Paypal" I'm not sure how to do that, is there any other ways to resolve this?   Can I transfer funds from other account? I'm not sure this would work because my account is limited.   I did ask customer service but they just replied with... auto-generated message. ... View more

Hello, I recently opened an online store using Shopify, and I want to add PayPal as a checkout method, I followed the guide from Shopify and successfuly setup PayPal on my Shopify store. After one order placed on my online store using PayPal Express checkout, I receive email from PayPal said that my account is limited. I follow the steps to resolve this limitation, except the step "provide receipt from the supplier", I don't have the receipt at the moment so I went and asked the supplier for the receipt. I came back and saw my account was suspended.   what can I do to lift this suspension? ... View more

Need help with phone number

Hello! a while ago, I entered an invalid format mobile number, now I want to update it but I keep getting error "You must have a confirmed mobile phone." I tried to add a new number but the same error appeared.   there is a strange thing that is my new info seems to be saved but it is displayed as the old one. old: phone type: home number: 098xxxxxxxxx new: phone type: mobile number: xx98xxxxxxxxx on the settings page, in Phone section, 098xxxxxxxxx is shown when I click edit, the infos are as "new" above.   I cannot verify this number, it seems the system sends verification code to 098xxxxxxxxx and I cannot receive it. is there anyway I can update my mobile number?
