Hello,
I recently opened an online store using Shopify, and I want to add PayPal as a checkout method, I followed the guide from Shopify and successfuly setup PayPal on my Shopify store.
After one order placed on my online store using PayPal Express checkout, I receive email from PayPal said that my account is limited.
I follow the steps to resolve this limitation, except the step "provide receipt from the supplier", I don't have the receipt at the moment so I went and asked the supplier for the receipt.
I came back and saw my account was suspended.
what can I do to lift this suspension?
