Ye that’s absolutely right.   The chat feature is totally fc*k’d, the resolution center is even worse, and their staff hang the calls for hours.  The only reason I use Paypal is to buy on eBay, other than that I use Alipay instead. ... View more

My identity was confirmed long ago and my account was working normally last month.   Today I received a payment, so I login to my account to withdraw money to my bank account.   But I see an alert asking me to confirm identity. I click the link, it says my identity was confirmed, my account is back to normal. But in my Wallet page, the alert is still there asking me to confirm identity. I am unable to withdraw money to bank account.   Please help me with what suddenly went wrong with my account. Thanks a lot. ... View more

Refund sent to a deactivated bank card

Hi, I have an issue with a refund from eBay.   I used a VISA card to pay for a purchase a month a go. Last week I cancelled that card, and am waiting for the replacement card with different card number.   Now the seller issued a refund. Paypal indicates in the email that ~$10 will be sent to Paypal balance, and ~$97 will be sent to the cancelled card.   I have been waitting for 2 days but seen no refund in Paypal activity history.   I would like to know if there would be a lost in this refund. Hi everyone!   I used Paypal for a purchase last week, the bank account linked to my Paypal didn't have enough fund but I didn't know. So my bank refused the transaction, Paypal sent money to the seller then requested money in my bank account but failed.   The day after I got an email from Paypal informing me the negative balance and they will attempt the request of money again in 5 days. So I transfered money to the bank account and letted Paypal execute its process.   Yesterday I checked the transaction history in my bank account and saw that the money was removed successfully by Paypal. But the negative balance does not disappear.   I contacted Paypal and they told me to add money again to resolve it. That's so non-sense and unfair as the problem is in their system but they want to double debit me.   Please advice what I can do. Many thanks. ... View more

Hi, I got a priblem with the negative balance in my Paypal account.   Last week I purchased an item and paid with Paypal, I didn’t know that there was insufficient fund in the bank account I used for the purchase. Paypal sent money to the seller, then requested money from my bank account.   I then got an email from Paypal saying the request was failed and they will attempt it after 5 days. So I transfered money to the bank account and just letted Paypal do its job. Today I checked transaction history in my bank account and saw that the money have been requested successfully, but my Paypal balance is still negative now.   I contacted Paypal notifying the issue but they answered something different.
