Hi everyone, I have recently bought the PayPal here card reader for use with my clothes store. Ive not had to use the partial refund feature yet however when I've been having a play to learn how to use all the features, I'm coming across an issue with the refunds section. Because I could have more than one item on the sale, I tried to partially refund a sale but could not change the amount. I clicked the menu button Then Sales Activity page I then clicked on the sale to partially refund Then refund Then when the refund screen popped up, I was unable to edit the refund amount. I don't want to have to refund the full sale every time someone returns an item, surely there is a way to make this work. Am I doing anything wrong?
