I'm having a issue where I cannot view saved Pp buttons. These buttons are working in my store but I cannot access to edit saved buttons, the page will not load. After much discussion with support I was ADDED to an existing ticket for this problem, so I know there be more of you out there with the same issue. Cal[Removed. Paypal made an update that requires not just the newest version of Chrome but their version which I'm sure had some nasty cookies in it so they can further track and sell our information for profit. The links are in that unsecure notice.

Happened to me once - I had maxed out my Pp button limit. Try deleting one and see if it will create one then.

I am convinced the website builders live in a land where they do not compute sales tax ! The removal of the sales tax summary in the quick graphs and reports is unacceptable.

I agree they certainly do not have our interests in mind... like that new rule where if you refund they wont refund the fee they collected ! How many millions do you think that increases their profit!?

Inconceivable to me as a 10 yr veteran of paypal sales why on God's green earth Pp thought it would be a good idea to eliminate the simple convenient Charts and Graph for sales and sales tax information critical to quarterly sale tax filing. I just spent 45 minutes pulling this information from a Excel file and adding up several columns. Paypal management has stuck out on this idea - This is their biggest error since the awful packing slip debacle last year. Remember that one !? LMAO

Once again Pp webmaster fails. Does nobody test or preview before publishing updates! The new transaction search has no place for input. You can select NAME or ID but there is no place to input a name or ID. Seriously - people Get it together. After 16 hours of this problem I called merchant assistance and the phone assistant was not aware of the problem. I'm having packing slip flashbacks

No Change. This is a PIA for anybody with any kind of volume. I pay paypal plenty for their service.... seems they are always **bleep** up something. Last it was the packing slip debacle. That barely got fixed, could still be better and now this !? Come-on PayPal fix it. It can't be that hard.

Customers not receiving shipping notifications. I've tried adding a message where paypal says the message will be sent when the lable is paid for, and still my customers consistantly ask if I received their payment and if their item has shipped. This is a non-eBay store with paypal checkout and paypal postage purchases. Are all of these people not reading their pp emails or what? Any help turning on shipping notification is apreciated in advance. Thank you

Be sure there is another primary card or bank account approved for payment before you try to remove the card. You cannot unlink if the card in question is the primary backup payment source. I hope this helps
