I recently tried to set up a new button and found that the option to do so was no longer in my tools. Any ideas on why this may be or how to rectify would be great.
Happened to me once - I had maxed out my Pp button limit. Try deleting one and see if it will create one then.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
