The subscriber is putting over a point of view, in fact a justifiable complaint in the hope that PayPay will take note and change their incomprehensible decision to cancel the accounts of reputable forums of free speech.  You should be as concerned as you yourself have posted a comment which seems quite arrogant and could cause offence to some but I'm sure you would agree one of the great freedoms of western society is to offend and be offended without fear of being forced to be silent.  For myself, unless PayPal change their draconian decision they will lose my business as well and I will encourage as many others as I can to do likewise. ... Sorry to hear about your PayPal problems. But trust me Paypal is one of the best payment services ever I have used in my life. It works in all the regions of the world. I know sometimes newbies have problems with PayPal or don't understand how to use or some have a problem with the support of PayPal. But friend before leaving Paypal give a break to your self and restart the journey.   However, if you still want to delete PayPal account forever you can simply do that by going in the account and click on the gear button. There you will find an option to delete the account permanently. Note: You must have to log in with the PC to deactivate the PayPal account. ... View more

The buyer's credit card issuer grants its members specific consumer protection which PayPal has no authority to replace or reduce. If a PayPal user initiates a chargeback with their credit card company we have no way of stopping the claim.
