Sorry to hear about your PayPal problems. But trust me Paypal is one of the best payment services ever I have used in my life. It works in all the regions of the world. I know sometimes newbies have problems with PayPal or don't understand how to use or some have a problem with the support of PayPal. But friend before leaving Paypal give a break to your self and restart the journey. However, if you still want to delete PayPal account forever you can simply do that by going in the account and click on the gear button. There you will find an option to delete the account permanently. Note: You must have to log in with the PC to deactivate the PayPal account.
