A few weeks ago Pay Pal took £6 from my account as a credit Card company had said payment for an item I was selling on eBay had been an unauthorised payment, I was subsequently charged £14 chargeback. I have now been contacted by the buyer who said his bank account had been hacked and his bank had frozen his account, I assume the credit card company contacted Pay Pal who took my money. Anyway, the buyer is arranging for his bank to pay my £6 but I am still £14 out of pocket thanks to Pay Pal and their chargeback. How can I get my £14 chargeback returned.
