here is what he sent to be the problem     The problem is that the funds are on hold because the case is open so PayPal won't let me issue a refund. There is an option within eBay to "issue refund" but when I click it it keeps giving an error message. I'm not trying to be difficult either and I'm pretty tech savvy. I can send you the money direct to your PayPal but then I'm stuck with all the eBay and PayPal fees that should be refunded to me when I issue your refund. Close the return case and the funds will no longer be on hold and I'll be able to refund. ... View more
