Refund Pending and Release

I jusr received a refund that will be credited to my account but it's still pending. It says the release date of the funds will be dec 2 which is today. what time of the day will it be avaliable ? its still pending right now, how long does it take

Don't  hold your breath , my refund should have been available on the 28th Nov and I'm still waiting .
