Me too, I still have the pending transaction but have my money. I was thinking exactly the same thing. Let's hope this is the end of the matter and I hope everyone else gets their money soon, because it's been way too long and quite stressful.  ... View more

I agree. Something needs to be done. I had my fourth different excuse given to me yesterday when I rang them again. Apparently a glitch has caused over 2000 of us to be without our refunds, and I was told that they can't give me any clue as to when this will be resolved. But I'm sure if I rang again today I will be told something completely different. Oh, and no apology was given either.  ... View more

I'm experiencing the same thing. I've rang 3 times about a refund that was issued 15 days ago and still counting. I've had three different excuses and each time have been told it will take 3 working days. I get a half hearted apology and that's it. I'm really struggling now as it's £149. The lack of communication angers me the most and I very much doubt they would let me owe them money for what will be 3 weeks. I've now made an official complaint and I'm still doubtful that I will get my refund on Monday as they advised it would be. A complete disaster for a purchase that was cancelled by the seller and was refunded within minutes of me paying. I'm fast losing my patience and am finding it very stressful.  ... View more

Apparently they are having technical issues and I won't get my refund until next week. That will mean I have been waiting nearly three weeks for my money. The worst thing about this is I have had three different explanations about what is happening and each time they have said it will be three days. I think this is totally unacceptable. I'm starting to think I will never get my money, and this has already put me in a difficult position financially. This isn't £20 I'm waiting for this is £149. I bought an item on eBay on November 17th, and paid £149. The seller contacted me immediately after I paid saying the item was out of stock and issued a refund within minutes of me paying. It's now been 13 days and my refund is still pending. I am furious! I've never had an issue like this before.  Any refund I have been owed has always been credited to my PayPal balance within a day or two. This is the first big purchase I have made on eBay, and I don't think I will ever do it again until after I have contacted the seller to make sure the item is in stock. So close to Christmas, this was obviously a Christmas gift, so I need my money to buy another. I've rang twice and they don't seem that bothered and I got two different responses. £149 is a lot of money to me and I'm sick of being fobbed off and I'm sick of waiting for my own money.  ...
