Hello everyone,   I have a £50.00 pending payment in my paypal account -- it was received and has been withheld in my old email since September 2020. Could you give some advice on making paypal release it asap please?   (This payment was for ebay item 264873549345 and my latest registered email is hotmail. My old email was from a small provider, which is no longer working for a while, but paypal will see in records that I had used it for 6 years in the past. )   Thank you all very much. ... View more

Dear everyone,   I would really appreciate your kind help on this case ---   “Item not received – claim Case ID: PP-D-53418740” where buyer made fraudulent claims of “not receiving items” both on Ebay and Paypal! And most importantly, he was sent a full refund by paypal on Febuary 8th, AFTER having already lost the same claim on ebay on January 24th 2020!!!   Timeline: 1/1/2020 Buyer won auction on ebay item 174142909368 11/1/2020 Buyer won auction on ebay item 174142884300 Both items are identical “Digital VUE CINEMA TICKET” from my ebay shop. Also digital way of sending item was clearly stated on listing, “Upon receiving payment, I will email ticket to you to print out at any time, thanks!”   12/1/2020 I notified buyer and sent both items together by ebay message in its attachment. (Actually I sent the same message with items twice just to make sure buyer could receive the tickets!!!) 22/1/2020 However buyer fraudulently claimed one ticket (item 174142884300) was not received and opened “Not received” case on EBAY, about which I reported to ebay immediately with screen captures, ie a clear record of sending both items together, therefore Ebay representatives “Farhan and Pratiksha” helped close the case in my favour on 24/1/2020   23/1/2020 Buyer also opened the same “Not received” case (item 174142909368) on PAYPAL, to which I submitted following evidence immediately: 1. Ebay record of sending both items 174142884300 & 174142909368, ie screen captures of original ebay message with attachment of 2 tickets on 12/1/2020. (Same as what I sent to ebay on the same case!) 2. Along with Ebay's decision of closing the same “Not received case” on 24/1/2020. 8/2/2020 Paypal made a wrong decision to fully refund the buyer!!!!! Meanwhile, I received email requesting me to “appeal” by the deadline of February 18th, when there was NO such “Appeal” option on this case in resolution centre on paypal! I contacted paypal immediately, but heard NOTHING except that they again did not reverse refund ie change their wrong decision.   Now I am back to readdress this urgent issue due to health conditions for nearly 8 months (had two surgeries this year). I have also attached all relevant documents here for you to refer to. Hello everyone, There is an urgent issue with my payment and I would really appreciate any of your kind help – A payment for my ebay item (Item ID  264873549345) was made by buyer on 22nd September. However as of today, payment still has not arrived at my account, because “paypal email address” on the listing was my old email address from a very small online email provider, which is out of the business this year!!! As a matter of fact, I have already updated new Hotmail email on both paypal and ebay settings for more than one year, and it was hard to find out email information on the listing did not change automatically with settings! So on ebay sales section, it just keeps showing “payment was initiated on 22 Sep and is being processed with paypal.”   Now payment has been withheld by Paypal for more than ONE MONTH, and buyer has been unable to do anything to cancel payment due to a one-time coupon was used in this transaction. Also that small email provider also stopped running business this year, so I really tried anything I could and still look to get it sorted out! I wrote to paypal on 26th September, and asked for assistance on releasing this payment (as both my old and new emails can be seen clearly on record). Dear Sir / Madam,   I need your URGENT help on the final resolution on “Item not received – claim Case ID: PP-D-53418740” : Because buyer HAS lied and made fraudulent claims of “not receiving items” both on Ebay and Paypal! Most importantly, he was sent full refund by paypal on Febuary 8th 2020, AFTER LOSING the same claim on ebay on January 24th 2020 !!!     1/1/2020 Buyer won auction on ebay item 174142909368 11/1/2020 Buyer won auction on ebay item 174142884300   Both items are identical “Digital VUE CINEMA TICKET VOUCHER Exp 9/5/20 CLUB LLOYDS Gift”. Also digital way of sending item was already clearly stated on original descriptions, “Upon receiving payment, I will email ticket to you to print out at any time, thanks!”   12/1/2020 I therefore notified buyer and sent both items together by ebay message attachment. (I sent the same message twice for both items too!!!) 22/1/2020 However, buyer made fraudulent claim and opened first “Not received” case on item 174142884300 on ebay, about which I reported to ebay with clear record of sending both items (ie Screen capture of ebay messages with attachment of both tickets), therefore Ebay representatives “Farhan and Pratiksha” immediately helped closed the case in my favour on 24/1/2020.   23/1/2020 Again buyer opened the same “Not received” case on item 174142909368 on paypal, I therefore submitted following evidence on 25/1/2020: Ebay record of sending both items of 174142884300 & 174142909368, ie screen capture of original ebay message with attachment of 2 tickets as of 12/1/2020. Ebay decision of closing the same “Not received case” as of 24/1/2020. My original ebay statement of digital sending of items for digital tickets.   8/2/2020 Paypal wrongly and fully refunded the buyer!!!!! Meanwhile, I received email requesting me to “appeal” by the deadline of Febuary 18th, when there is NO such “Appeal” option on this case in resolution centre on paypal!!   PLEASE everyone, urgently advise here if you know what I could do here --- My account has been active since 2012 with very good reputations as both seller and buyer, I have also attachment all relevant documents here for you to refer to.   I would be most grateful and appreciate any of your kind advice!
