Ebay sellers are not allowed to leave negative feedback or positive feedback with negative tone to their buyers,so if you read buyer feedback ,it is always 100%. if you are waiting in line and ready to check out and can access your ppal account and are able to turn on backup funding for a bank account that has already been used for backup funding in the past....then backup funding will occur instantly.  there is no waiting period.   period.   however...there are often SEVERAL DAYS between pos time and the time it takes to clear MY personal checking account - fact.   however....i have always had funds in that backup funding checking account.....so what were to happen if there were no funds....DONT ATTEMPT TO FIND OUT - its called theft.   ...
