Sometimes I will have my bank as my back up payment method for my PayPal debit card, but sometimes, I will turn it off. I know that it takes a few days to process with your bank as your back up payment method. But if I do a transaction wtih my PayPal card that doesn't have enough funds, and at the time of the transaction, I have the back up payment method turned on, but before it actually processes, I have it turned off, what happens to that transaction? Will it get declined because I turned off the back up payment method before it finished fully processing? I really hope this questions makes sense! I go back and forth with this back up payment method, just for personal preferences every once in a while depending on what transactions I need cleared or based on my personal financial situation. So last week, I paid a bill with my PayPal Debit Mastercard. I did not have enough money in my PayPal account, so it took from my back up payment method which was my bank account. Just now I got an email from PayPal saying that the merchant processed my transaction today...even though I did it last week sometime. So my question now is, once I receive this email form PayPal confirming that the merchant processed my payment, how long does it take to actually come out of my bank account? ... View more

I just got one of my payments on hold and it says "eBay non-performer", but the thing is, the order wasn't from eBay. I have never gotten an eBay order on my PayPal account. Why did this happen???? The order was from my own personal website. Could PayPal maybe have thought it was eBay? If I call them do you think they will release the payment since it is clearly not an eBay order even though they labeled it as one??? Please help =(  ... View more
