I bought a computer SSD memory. Ebay shows as sent from china. Item ordered on 3rd Feb and received on 8th Feb with a royal mail postage. Item is faulty. I tried to work with them and asked for a postage label. I still have not received it even though they later said do you want us to send it again. Eventualy I gave up and revceived an email from paypal. To receive the refund, you'll need to initiate the return shipment and upload the tracking information in the Resolution Centre before 6 March 2021. The item has to be sent to the following shipping address <removed> you're responsible for any costs associated with the return.   How can this be right. I have to pay postage for a faulty Item. This used to be simple but know you have to jump through hoops of fire.   I tried to phone ebay and I was told to go to the website which I had already tried.  I am told to log on and click resolution center at the top. I HAVE Summary Activity Send & Request Wallet Offers Help   Spot the menu item resolution centre. Click on help gives one a microsoft humendus hel system.  Disputes and and claims gives me even more menu options telling me how to do things but no link to a dispute.   How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?   this takes me to    pen a dispute in the Resolution Centre    This just tells me I have no open disputes and I right side stupid menu with a link to Resolution Centre      Summary Activity Send & Request Wallet Offers Help ...
