I've about had it with PayPal!! Their whole platform just sucks IMO. What's worse is I can't think of any other platforms that are like PayPal- that have all I need... Payments, accounting, charts/graphs, and most importantly SHIPPING!!! I own a rapidly growing online women's boutique & ship out HUNDREDS of packages per month. There has GOT to be an easier, more updated platform out there, besides PayPal?!! Or does PayPal have the monopoly & we are all just STUCK with no other choices?!! My biz would benefit tremendously if I was able to print out a daily spreadsheet, that has every invoice #, customer details, & most importantly THE ITEMS IN EACH INVOICE!! I'm spending half my day going thru each invoice, clicking on each one so I can open it and see what's on their invoices. It's STUPID they don't have it more user friendly!!! And don't get me started on the ridiculously DUMB multi-order shipping platform. OMG Makes me bang my head on my desk day after day, fighting with that OUTDATED system!! Forget about using it on an iPhone or iPad~~ WONT WORK!! If anyone knows of another program BESIDES PayPal, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE share with me!!! I'm at my wits end at this point & am so beyond frustrated I'm even considering shutting down my biz because of the insane extra hours I'm wasting away fighting with the stupid PayPal system! I'm grossing over $15k per month, & I run and work my entire biz ALL BY MYSELF! No help at all- just me! If something doesn't change with how things are running soon, I'm done.

I own an insanely fast growing online boutique that has grown from $600/mo. in sales in Jan. 2016 to todays whopping $17,000/mo. sales!!! Paypal has been nothjing but a puire nightmare and headache for me, and I am at my VERY LAST BREAKING POINT!!! PLEASE--- If you have any other suggestions of a platform similar to Paypal (minus ALLLL of the unresolved annoying problems Paypal refuses to resolve!) PLEASE-- let me know!! I'm needing an all-in-one sha-bang platform that I can run my entire biz from- collecting payments, sending invoices (which it'd be AMAZZZING to have an option to inpuit inventory control as well!!), printing shipping USPS Postage Labels from my DYMO 4XL thermal label printer, and be able to easily see on my invoice list, itemized order details WITHOUT HAVING TO CLICK on each and every **bleep** invoice, just to be able to glance at that invoice/order to see what should be shipped. PLUS- What ever happened to Paypal's easy breezy "Ready to Ship" section?!!! Makes absolutely no sense why the **bleep** they took that away from us?? Sorry for my rants... I'm just at my wits end with stupid Paypal- it's barely hanging on to the last shredded nerve I have left in my body for them! Feel free to email me info on other platforms! I'd be forever greatful!! I would also like to know this... I own an extremely FAST growing online boutique, and gross $16,000+ and growing (each month my graphs step up and up and UP! I cant keep up at this point. I think I've outgrown Paypal and its outdated system. It's annoying and a waste of time to manually input each and every item. Also, WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE READY TO SHIP BUTTON?!!! IT'S VANISHED- OR BROKEN-- HASNT WORKED IN 10 MONTHS OR SO!! I AM STARTING TO LOATH AND HATE PAYPAL!!!!

This is absolutely ridiculous!! It started working just fine for a few hours yesterday, then BAM- OFF AGAIN!! So annoying! I'm new with my biz, so learning as I go here. Do u happen to know of any other platforms that are similar? I'm so lost right now- pulling my hair out! My biz has grown to the point where I can't even keep up with the orders, much less keep track of what's been shipped or not! Ugh- PAYPAL!!

I've been using PayPal to run my online women's clothing boutique since Oct. 2015. It's always run smoothly UNTIL a month or two ago!! Now, I can't even keep track of what I've shipped to who, etc!! I send invoices to 99% of my customers base, and when they pay I USED to be able to easily click the "Ready to Ship" button from the "Activity" page, and go down the list of what needs to be shipped to each customer. NOW- when I click on "Ready to Ship" 98% of the time I get an error message back saying "There are no transactions for this date range". WHY does it only SOMETIMES work?? Most of the time it WONT work- I get this dumb message! It's beyond frustrating, and makes my daily work a living **bleep**. Seriously. I HATE WITH A PASSION the "Multi-Order-Shipping" tool or JOKE of a "tool". It rarely ever works either! I use my iPhone 6s+ for the majority of my biz, and I just seriously cannot deal with Paypal's horribly outdated system. It's slowly driving me insane. If PayPal doesn't get it together & fix these issues ASAP- I'll have no other choice but to switch to another platform, like Square, etc. The Multi-Order-Shipping is so outdated looking- it's aggravating to say the least, to try & navigate thru. There should be some sort of way to import all of the data from each invoice to the multi-order-shipping area, so if I have a list of 60 orders that need to be shipped, I can 1.- print off a list of what needs to go out in those orders, and 2. The items in each invoice should automatically import over to the multi-shipping area, NOT JUST the customers name & address! I'm so done with ripping my hair out on a daily basis with this ridiculous Paypal!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!! PLEASE!!!!

I am at my WITS END with these same exact issues, and PAYPAL altogether!! Can't get ANY HELP from their customer service either. I've got dozens of angry customers waiting for me to ship out their orders. Do u know of any other invoicing/shipping platforms I could use with iPhone 6s+ & or MAC?? You'll save the rest of my hair I'm pulling out! Haha!! Thanks! 🙂

I've been trying for days to get the "Ready to Ship" feature/tool to work- (under the "Activity" tab). I just keep getting an error message saying TRY AGAIN LATER! Is anyone else having this ANNOYING PROBLEM?? Ugh. I have tons of orders I needed to ship out- like 3 days ago!! This issue has done nothing but totally slow me downnnnnn!!!! The multi-order shipping feature is also a joke/ won't work 90% of the time on my iPhone 6s+!!! Any suggestions?? Thanks!

I've always used the "Ready to Ship" feature for ALL of my orders. I click on Activity, then "Ready to Ship", & it brings up a list of all of my customers who've paid & just need to be shipped w their packing slips. The past 4 days I keep getting an error message every time I try to use the thing!! So- I try using the multi-order shipping feature. HA! That's a JOKE!! It rarely EVERRR works at ALL (I just press buttons & nothing happens!!) I use my iPhone 6s+ for 99% of my shipping. PayPal has somehow managed to **bleep** up the one single thing that's been user-friendly for me. The multi-order shipping feature is ridiculous. It is SO BEYOND OUTDATED- even the look of the screen reminds me of early 2000's & cheesy sites! It not working is laughable at this point. SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIX THIS STUFF- ASAP!!! I'm on the verge of just getting a new program all together. I'm wasting away over HALF my day jacking with this stupid thing. Frustrated is an understatement at this point!!!
