I am just curious how paypal deals with buyer abuse cases. Buyer buys digital product multiple times in a period of couple months. Months later open refund requests for all payments. I provide paypal with bunch of proofs (buyer IP, date, transaction id, email, credits before and after, bunch of screenshots from a database, a video recording of whole chat history etc). And buyer sends some fake screenshot of a "chat with me". Paypal is like, "ohh, we decided to refund your buyer".... What the actual **bleep**? Do they even look at the proofs I provide? Do they even use common sense while looking at these refund cases or is paypal support so incompetent (starting to think that there is no support at all and all cases of digital products are automatically decided in buyer favor)? Who would buy services in a period of couple months if its fake after all?
