I've tried NDID identity confirmation with two of my banks (Bangkok Bank and Krungsri) and they both pick up the ID request and show it as confirmed.  But Paypal just doesn't see it in is stuck as not having identity confirmed.   I've been trying for over a month and it's enough, I'm moving on.      Steps:    The NDID request shows up in the bank app, as yet unconfirmed and 'waiting to process'    This is the request, click process.      The app takes a selfie, and then it's done.  Success!     The NDID request now shows as confirmed:      But...  Paypal says nooooo.   🤣  Come on.   ... A withdrawal to a US bank account will cost $35 every time?   Look if they want me to stop using Paypal as a banking service why don't they just say so?   This is completely unacceptable and I will need to withdraw all existing funds before this starts in May, and can no longer be accepting payments via Paypal.   It was good while it lasted.   ...
