PayPal has made an error in my monthly statement. This means I cannot reconcile it. I have tried submitting a dispute. But PayPal keeps denying it because there is no error in the transaction itself; only in the fact that the transaction is wrong in my statement. How can I contact PayPal to ask for a corrected statement to be issued, please? Thank you!

Thank you. Have tried all of that. I still get an error. The error says to contact PayPal. When I contact PayPal staff by phone, they say they don't know why it is happening and cannot help 😞

Thanks @kernowlass. None of those is working 😞 I always get an error. I follow the instructions (exact URL, Wait 24 hours, Wait 48 hours, Wait for the system to refresh etc). But it always fails - even with enough money in my bank to fund the transfer!

Thanks - but I really want to 'feed' my PayPal account so that I only do it once a month and always know that there's enough money and I don't have to record each transaction (as in the workflow you kindly describe) in my accounting software 🙂
