bought a laptop on ebay,had to send it back not working,been trying to get a refund back they are saying there paypall as been frozen so cant give a refund yet because iv opened a case against them,does this make any sence? iv opened a case on ebay against them but not paypall yet.do i need to open a case with paypall for them 2 refund me.?
