Hi! I withdrawn money from my Paypal to my bank account last March 4. Still no amount was credited on my bank account. I have asked my bank and told me that they did not receive any money from Paypal. Paypal told me they have created an escalation with the bank. Hi! Since 3 days ago, I cannot send a payment or even withdraw the paypal balance that I have on my account. This is the first time that I have encountered this problem. Most of my paypal balance comes from my StockX payout and not a single issue happened before. Just this once.  I tried calling Paypal but operator says they cant assist me through call with this issue. Told me to leave a message on their message center but I did that too when the issue started, my message hasnt been answered. My friend used her account to buy my purchases with 235 dollars and 120 dollars as well as 15 dollars. And then after 2days, she closed her account because there is no use already and said that she wont be using it. So after another days again, those payments were held by paypal. I called paypal and said that those payments will be refunded back to her balance.    My question is how will they refund it to her balance when she already closed her account?
