A Buyer claims item not received even though tracking shows delivered he lost claim but now he claims item defective. So i question how can an item be defective if you haven't received it. However in the reply i have to put my address. Does the buyer get to see this?

Hi Try entering your tracking number on www.trackonline.ru. You may have the scroll to the bottom of the page. I dont a international recorded and on royal mail it still shows as pending delivery. When i found this website and typed it in it showed delivered. If it shows delivered appeal to paypal. Hope that helps

If only ive been waiting 24 hours and still no sign of my money, called paypal and they said it will take another 2-3 days.

i I tried to remove funds and got an email saying my accounts under review, 1/2 hour ago i got an email to say transfer had been cancelled and returned to my paypal account. Tried to remove funds again, only to have the same happen again. Understand paypal have issues but that dont help me get to my money. Any ideas
