I recently sent an item to Germany via international signed for which was shown as delivered. However buyer claimed they did not receive item and opened ebay dispute and even though I uploaded tracking - Paypal found in buyers favour so I am out of pocket and feel they got my item for free. This week I have had another item again signed for to Chile, again tracking uploaded which stated item had been passed to overeas delivery service for delivery. The buyer escalated it and I got a message that they had found in buyers favour as I had provided an invalid tracking number. I hadn't. I am getting really fed up of this as I am complying with the advice and providing tracking but it doesn't seem to make nay difference.
Any advise would be much appreciated as I don't think they are offering me any seller protection.
