My quick links toolbar has disappeared from my home paypal page? I understand you can go through the Apps tab to access it but why can't it sticky on the front page like it used to be? It ain't quick if you gotta go through another screen to get to it LOL When i start up my paypal it shows up but then disappears before it can load fully. Help?

I'm baffled by the removal of this feature. WHo the hell wants to download something then tally it up and analyze it when all that work was done for you in charts and graphs feature at a glance.

@PayPal_Martina what if you need this information quarterly to figure your business taxes? With the charts and graphs option gone us business owners will have to tally up all that information manually :(> thats a Travesty!!!! come the end of march for those that pay taxes quarterly I bet the complaints on this features removal will be at all time high.

cristina that doesn't give you the sales tax data?? Atleast not on my computer. We really need that charts and graph tab back. that had everything a business owner needs to file taxes.. We need a tally of sales tax, shipping charges, paypal fees and monthly sales to file taxes properly as a business owner. can you help please on how to find that information without having to do it manually?

If your a business owner this was the most IMPORTANT Tab you can use not only for sales trends but most importantly for tax purposes. It has a tally of all your paypal fees, monthly sales, sales tax and Shipping fees for tax purposes. PLEASE PLEASE don't add to my workload and make me spend hours or more adding up all these fees!! If you have a shipping business it's gonna be a cluster getting the information that you need to file your taxes! PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!!! Mike

The charts and graphs tab was the most important tab a business person can use. It has a tally of all your shipping charges, paypal fees charged, taxes collected all uses for those businesses that file taxes whether it be qtrly like I do or yearly. Gotta gotta gotta have that information. Very important to your business customers. If your going to do away with this tab please provide us another way to get this very VALUABLE information.. I think it was called the balance and fees page. says it was removed in Feb 2019 and to use the balance affecting option. So I used the balance affecting option but how do I get a monthly tally of paypal fees paid, Shipping charges and tax collected? Very useful page for tax purposes. Please don't make me tally up all of my transactions..

There was a summary type report that was broken down to show you how much your paypal fees were for the month and also the shipping fees and monthly sales? Where did this report go? It was very helpful for tax purposes.. It was all on one page and across the top.. I think it even had sales tax as well? either it's been eliminated, Moved or renamed? HELP PLEASE!!! mike

Pertains to Shipping configurations. I know you can go into my profile and set different shipping configurations. But when you go to make your add to cart button it doesn't give you the option to choose which shipping configuration you want to use? I have 2 different different configurations would like to use one on one add to cart button and another on another add to cart button. It looks like it doesn't give you that option to use different configurations on one button and another on another button meaning your all in on one shipping configuration at one time? thanks for the help Mike

For some reason today I can't ship using Multi Order shipping?? I can print orders but I can't manually enter in addresses to ship to? I hit submit and it just gives me the waiting circle prompt?? i've tried several different addresses same result..
