Facebook contact useless they clearly did not read what I sent them. why cant they simply change the phone number when contacted after confirming who you are? I too had an email, from a woman asking me to email her friend who wished to buy a clock I was selling on Gumtree, same sort of thing would pay Paypal and include £50 to pay by amazon gift card. Evidently they are after the gift card to sell on, the Paypal payment receipt details would be fake and the £50 would be lost and they would have all the details of me they had managed to extract . I have refunded promptly transaction i.d. 72579531Es0049517.He claims he wants the money sent to another email address. i have declined to do so the money has left my Paypal account 13 april. I am not sending paypal refund to other than his listed email Paypal address. I have been bombarded with offensive messages from him,now blocked him from bidding and from emailing me,given the experience of others this may not work! I have contacted Paypal to advise this inarticulate individual what he should do to change receiving email address to receive the funds.
