I paid parcelmonkey from my Paypal account the money was taken from the Paypal account of my wife she has never had an account or any dealing s with parcelmonkey?

Facebook contact useless they clearly did not read what I sent them. why cant they simply change the phone number when contacted after confirming who you are? All this began for me when leaving virgin who wont let you move your phone number or keep your email address,virgin are even worse to communicate with.

I too had an email, from a woman asking me to email her friend who wished to buy a clock I was selling on Gumtree, same sort of thing would pay Paypal and include £50 to pay by amazon gift card. Evidently they are after the gift card to sell on, the Paypal payment receipt details would be fake and the £50 would be lost and they would have all the details of me they had managed to extract . I advised for 'her' to pay courier by bank transfer never heard any more. 'amazon gift cards can only be used on amazon can never be used as legitimate payments to businesses and individuals'

I have refunded promptly transaction i.d. 72579531Es0049517.He claims he wants the money sent to another email address. i have declined to do so the money has left my Paypal account 13 april. I am not sending paypal refund to other than his listed email Paypal address. I have been bombarded with offensive messages from him,now blocked him from bidding and from emailing me,given the experience of others this may not work! I have contacted Paypal to advise this inarticulate individual what he should do to change receiving email address to receive the funds. Anything else I can do? advice appreciated,never had this problem before.

I have had the same thing,update now, nothing to update,and nothing to resolve. In reply to an email to PayPal about this I receive an answere about what to do if password is lost,mine isnt?

I have just had a reply from PayPal to my query over this problem ,the reply was clearly system generated about lost passwords and didnt answere my question in any way.

I have had an email from Paypal referring to 'lifting the EU-receiveing limit on your PayPal account'. I cannot do iether of the two options given. Resolution centre,there are none and nothing to do. Update account information,'Update now' where am I supposed to do that thereb is no option given?
