I have refunded promptly transaction i.d. 72579531Es0049517.He claims he wants the money sent to another email address. i have declined to do so the money has left my Paypal account 13 april. I am not sending paypal refund to other than his listed email Paypal address. I have been bombarded with offensive messages from him,now blocked him from bidding and from emailing me,given the experience of others this may not work! I have contacted Paypal to advise this inarticulate individual what he should do to change receiving email address to receive the funds. Anything else I can do? advice appreciated,never had this problem before.
