Hello. My account had some restrictions and limitations put on it recently and I've been working to resolve that. In the meantime, a buyer filed a claim and asked for a refund, which I am happy to provide. My account even has more than enough of a balance to cover. Yet, it appears that one of the account limitstions is the very option to actually refund the buyer? I am seeing all this correctly? Why would processing a refund from a buyer be restricted and what options do I have here? Do I just wait until the date where I needed to respond to the case arrives and PayPal will handle it?
