Hi there Shassa,
The first thing that I will advise is that when a buyer makes a purchase through the PayPal website, they can file a dispute on the transaction anywhere up to 45 days from when the payment was sent. In essence, there is nothing that you can do to ensure that the payment will never be refunded, but there are some things that you can do to try cover yourself under our Seller Protection Policy.
Our Seller Protection protects you from claims, chargebacks or reversals that are a result of unauthorised purchases or items your buyer didn’t receive. With PayPal’s Seller Protection, you are protected for the full amount of all eligible transactions.
If a transaction is eligible for seller protection, it will be marked as eligible on the transaction 'Details’ page.
Here are some additional requirements you need to meet for seller protection:
Make sure you're item is 'Eligible' for Seller Protection by checking the transaction 'Details'.
Retain online trackable proof of delivery, like Royal Mail's recorded delivery (We require online tracking to confirm delivery).
Send the item to the address on the transaction 'Details' page.
Provide a copy of the proof of shipping of the parcel (This helps us ensure that the parcel has been sent to the right address).
Where the payment is £150.00 or more we need the recipient's signature, if the buyer claims the item wasn't received.
Send the item within seven days after you receive payment.
Only accept payments in full from a single PayPal account.
Respond to our requests for documentation and other information within the given timeframe if you are ever requested to do so in the event of a dispute or chargeback.
To learn more about PayPal’s Seller Protection Policy, click ‘Legal Agreements’ at the bottom of any PayPal page, and then click ‘User Agreement’.
I hope this information helps and please let me know if there is anything else that you need.
