Hi there Gothic_creature,   Do you know if it's possible that your eBay username could have been registered at some point previously to a different PayPal account? If it was, this could be why you are unable to link the user ID to your current PayPal account.   I can't see your PayPal account so I am unable to be sure what exactly the issue you are having is. The best thing I could advise you to do would be to try contacting customer services directly and we can try to assist you further.    You can do this by clicking the Contact Us icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
