I cant make a payment linked to my checking account. The only option is pay pal credit. This applies to ebay, us based online retailers. I attempted to call pay pal and got nothing. Essentially my account is useless and a non english speaking moron was no help ! ... View more

IVE CONTACTED PAY PAY VIA EMAIL, AND TELEPHONE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT SENT ME MY EMAIL  VERIFICATION.  THEREFORE I CANNOT UTILIZE MY ACCOUNT.  IN THE MEANTIME THEY ARE SITTING ON MY EBAY PROCEEDES THAT EXCEED A THOUSAND DOLLARS.  MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT, THEY HAVE MY BANK INFO, AND ALL I GET FROM THE HELP CENTER IS WE WILL EMAIL YOU BACK IN 72 HOURS.
