More than half of my buyers can not find any Message to Seller or like, place to leave me specifications. Paypal swears all their payment forms have this on there. They sent me a Screen Print that I could not open with WIndows 7. Now they will not talk to me at all. What is the deal? More than half my oustomers can't be that stupid, but they swear it is not on there. My copy says Note to Seller Buyer hasn't sent a note! How can they if it is not on there? Don

I had the same question. Apparently nobody knows!??? Trying to get a straight answer out of Paypal takes forever and then makes no sense. Learned their phones are answered by people in the Philipines and hard to understand and of course know nothing about Paypal or eBay. They just read to you from a notebook some boiler plate that may or may not even be close to what you are calling about. They apparently run you around until you just give up. Planned confusion so we sellers will never bother them agan. Don

For several days Paypal's e-mails notifying me that a buyer paid were delayed an hour or more after they paid and eBay had shown it as paid. Today they are not sending them at all? Not even on their postage paid. What are they doing? Really can mess up keeping records etc. Don

eBay knows nothing about it. A Paypal glitch it seems. They say they are working on it. It seems to have been taken off and they (Paypal) assure me only the S&H was refunded and not the whole amount. Maybe resolved at least until next time. Don

Recently I refunded the S&H charges to two buyers since they were on Military bases. I support our troops. At the bottom of the transaction it now says eBay has ruled in favor of the buyer and Paypal will refund my money to the buyer, of course taking it out of my account without my permission. No complaint has been made by either buyer. I have e-mailed Paypal but the jerks do not respond. Is this another money maker for eBay/Paypal. I guess I can no longer support our troops when they do not read my notice and send the S&H charges. Shame.
