Green Dot won't work anymore. We have the same problem. I used our savings for one account. Now when I try adding our regular checking account in for the second account, I get a message saying it can't be used for two accounts, which it is not.    I found an article that says you can use Bill Me Later as an account although I haven't tried that yet. I doubt if I can put a link here, but you can search for "a lesser known way to verify your PP account." Article is by Tammy Lee. I've never used BML, put I do know it does a "hard" credit check.    So I guess you can try that. And as I mentioned, savings accounts will work. At least AMEX does. It's totally ridiculous to jump through all these hoops, millions of familes have joint banking accounts. I also /just/ ran into this problem as well. Recently my fiancee and I just opened a joint bank account and closed out our older ones. Though we both have different ebay accounts, we both only have the one bank account now which, to my dismay, just caused us this headache. Where is the solution indeed! You are not alone with this problem obviously and while paypal doesn't seem close to correcting this, they also can not give a valid reason for making this so darned hard. I refuse to open a second account or a savings account to have a temporary fix to this situation because it's such a waste of time. Found a better solution...at least for me:)   Log in to paypal and click the PROFILE tab at the far top right. Then under SELLING PREFERENCES in the 3rd column click on SHIPPING PREFERENCES. Next, underU.S. POSTAL SERVICE PREFERENCES click on the link that says EDIT PRINTER SETTINGS. Last, uncheck PRINT RECEIPT. Then SAVE. ... View more
