Oh yes, all automated so they hope you just go away. If you call, takes about an hour to get through, they are awesome but do absolutey nothing but provide a phony tracking number, phony seller info, delay anything even close to a resolution. Disgusting. ... View more

I think a class action lawsuit might be the only way to get refunds. Paypal just continues this scam as they made a fortune. Refused my disite, refund, calls, emails. Auto responses then ask for info all over again. I have filed complaints with every agency possible and our local TV network for a story on how bad Paypal is. Hundreds got scammed. ... View more

You can refund 49.91 and credit my account if you want to help. I spent 3 weeks chasing this down and got nowhere as have the other 200 plus that were scammed. Auto responses, umpteen emails, on hold twice for over an hour each time, being provided phony DHL tracking numbers twice, opening a dispute and you closing it, refusing a refund so am out 49.91.
