I have over 3 thousand dollars but wasn't allow to pay for Xpress priority a shipping to Canada. When I went to create shipping label.  I received the message below.     "{Your payment for shipping cannot be processed because it exceeds your available balance. Multiple transactions and reverse in my PayPal acc...

I had a problem earlier this month when I got into my PayPal account and discovered ALL my money gone! At the same time, I had multiple transaction's in the amount of over a thousand each, as it was paid to me and at the same day, it reversed with no explanation.  It did not show that they bought anything and I didn't see anything that I sold even remotely that high.  I called PayPal the first time, a customer service told me she saw my money on her end, so maybe I should log out and log back in.  I tried, it didn't work, she asked me to try again and I did multiple times, so I asked if she please get her supervisor to come to the phone and help me.  She told me to hold, and I waited for over 45 minutes finally hung up the phone. I tried again and this time I requested for fraud department, was told someone had withdrawn $1,922.00 from my account and transfer it into a PayPal cash card.  I didn't have PP cash card and asked them to investigate it, was told they will do that in the mean time I have no money to pay for items I won from the bidding. Several days later, I call back because I still didn't see my money put back.  Finally was told I should see my money return to my account within 24 hours.  So I checked and it sure did after over ten days altogether.  Incidentally, there are some of the same transactions going on in my PayPal account.  The same as before, it shown money coming in to my account, then put on hold at the same time stating unauthorized purchase, although I did not sold anything in that amount.  Something is going on with PayPal and I am worrying that I may lose my money again, in the mean time, PayPal can't seem to do anything to Fix what's going on as all the transaction in my account were not real transaction, even I have changed my password in my email address and PayPal account.  Anyone have the same problem?   ... I had almost $2,000.00 of my money in the account, then one day it disappeared. I called PayPal rep, was told she can see my money at her end, kept telling me to sign out and then sign in, over and over again, but still no money in my account. I asked her to get supervisor on he phone, she asked me to wait and she will get the supervisor. I waited about 45 minutes no one come to the phone, I had to hang up. I didn't selling anything to this person on March 5, 2019 how could I made to charge back? And I have almost 2 thousand dollars of my own money in PayPal but studently disappeared, Call customer service, was told I have that much on her end but can't seem to help me get it back. After multiple times unsuccess, I asked for her supervisor, she asked me to hold. I was holding the line for over 30 minutes but no one get on the phone. Buyer bought wrong item wants replacement

I listed a quarter of a carat diamonds lot for accents, and it says very clearly on my listing.  Customer bought, then opended a return for replacement, stating he want a solitaire not a lot, but buy this lot by mistake, I answered him that if he wants a replacement from the lot to a single diamond, he needs to pay additional $20.00.  He agreed.  I accepted the return and then when I received it, I contacted him & sent invoice as agreed.  After he paid invoice, I immediately ship the single quarter carat diamond to him.  I kept receiving reminding messages from eBay to refund buyer.  I contacted buyer multiple times and he finally said he will close the case.  As of now, he still not close the case and I afraid eBay thinks I am not responsive to request and automatically refund buyer.  In actuality, PayPal still put a hold on to my money when the buyer open this request.   Please help me close this case.  Thanks ... From PayPal he added message to me to say how much he wants me to list how much the ring worth, not the actural price he paid.  And when he received it and I didn't lie about the price, he wants to return  and I told him I will accepted.  Please read my emails and his for easy explanation.  Just so that you know, he did this to another seller, and seller have complaints to eBay, his email is below but I took his name off for privacy reason but I can always ask him to give his name if neccesary. Because of this he goes through PayPal against me instead.    Emails conversation between buyer and mine.  I have them in chronological order so you can see what it all being said.  Then read what the other seller told me. and advise what should I do.  I dont' want PayPal take my money and refund to this man until he return the ring.  It happen to me before, PayPal didn't know the whole sittuation about me and nother buyer similair to this one, and just went ahead and refund to the buyer.   He just claim with Paypal and already escalate it the same day.  Thank you.   bentsamo-0 Hello sir i just received this purchase. Paypal dispute opened by eBay Buyer, says she has ...

Out of the blue, I received open case by PayPal stating customer open case stating I didn't refund her over a hundred dollars, can't remember how much.  I can't find any email or anything from this buyer, but was able to track through PayPal.  I sold a gemstone almost six months ago, and have not receive any request to return for refund.  I asked Paypal check all email from customer through eBay and my email to make sure as I have not seen anything.  I have hundreds of emails buying and sellings, really hard to try and find it, but no luck.  This was back in June 25, now it is one month and Paypal still have not resolve this case so I can get my money back.  I emailed PayPal a couple of times and each time was told Paypal was reviewing it, for a whole month?  Have anyone had any problem like this?  I need to get my money that was held by Paypal but as they are viewing for a month now, my money still stuck with it. I recieved email from PayPal a couple of weeks ago, saying a customer open a case agaisn't me, claimed I didn't refund her money.  So I looked up the name and the amount, it turn out this customer purchased an item from me more than 6 months ago, and I never have request for return nor been contact by customer that she is returning the item she bought, I have respond to PayPal about it and was told they will get back with me after finish revewing the case.  It has been a couple of weeks agon, and in the mean time, PauyPal is holding up my money based on customer claims.  How do I go about and have them release my money?  As I do not owe anything to a customer and it has been over 6 months ago, I dont' even remember what I sold or who the custoemr was until I check into PayPal file. ... Thanks for your suggestion. It's really strange, PayPal trảcking says address cannot be deliver, but when I went to eBay and click k on item number, you have option to check further, and it shown the package was delivered on March 27. I sold a couple expensive items to customer, and he asked me to ship as soon as posible.  So I shipped the package priority with signature required.  The package got there pretty quick except that he wasn't home to get it.  As I track the package I saw note on USPS about unable to deliver, I emailed him right away.  He told me not to worry because his mailbox is locked and no one can get in it.  I told him I was worry as he wasn't available to sigh for package so they will not deliver and I suggested he goes to his local post office and take the tracking number with him.  He didn't do any of that, he was back home and gone again.  It's beyond my control.  Now he says it's been so long he is goiing to contact eBay to get his money back.  I tried to contact eBay but there is no link for this sittuation.  I wrote eBay community several days ago, and still no reponsse.  Does anyone have any ideas?  I did what was asked of me and tolod him he need to sign for the package.  He knew this.  I told him as soon as I receive the return package I will resend back to him if he tells me when he's going to home.  What more can I do?  Can't afford to lose money by refunding him on package I shipped the next day from purchase the evening befdore.  Thanks ...
