Defective phone

I bought an iPhone from eBay in August, used PayPal to make payment. The phone became defective, issue seemed to be it had a third party screen which affected the battery. I contacted the seller who agreed that he would send a replacement with genuined parts if I returned the defective one. It has been 2 weeks since he received the one I sent back, he's been dragging his heels in sending the replacement. Would PayPal get involved if I didn't get that replacement back from him? Would the dispute be under item not received, as I did receive the original one but struggling with the replacement. Thanks in advance ... View more
